Sven gave us a great tour around Croatia through wine. He is super knowledgeable and knows all the winemakers personally, so each wine comes with a story (my favourite one was the former minister and the cabernet franc!). Highly recommended.

I went to Split and Sip with a friend and we were absolutely thrilled! The wine tasting was such a fun and special experience. The host who guided us through the wines was so enthusiastic and knowledgeable — you can tell he truly loves what he does. He explained everything in a way that was both informative and engaging, which made the whole tasting even more enjoyable. We left with big smiles and wonderful memories. Highly recommend! 🍷✨

My friend and I enjoyed an educational wine tasting at this shop. The host was incredibly knowledgeable about Croatian wine and gave us a detailed background about each wine we sampled - the winery, their process, how the climate of each region has impact on the flavor. The tasting was accompanied by delicious snacks from the restaurant next door. We had a delightful and educational experience! Would book again. Thank you!!

Sven is so knowledgeable and passionate about Croatian wine. If you are in split for the day, please stop by and try some delicious wines and talk to the Owner, who is always here. I tried wines that I can’t find in the United States.This is an Excellent way to spend the afternoon.

I booked a tasting through getyourguide, and I ended up being the only one for the evening. The owner was super kind and informative, and his stories showed his deep knowledge about wine. He chose some of the wines based on what I said I likes, and he used them to make a point about winemaking. The charcuterie was also quite tasty.

My wife and I (a novice and an aficionado) had a wonderful time learning about Croatian wines with Sven! He put together a thoughtful tasting that was both delicious and educational and left us with a new perspective on how to think about wine. He cares deeply about the craft and artistry of wine and it makes for thought-provoking conversation and a wonderful experience. A must do while you are in Split if you enjoy wine!
